Every session is led by a trained professional under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), with your child’s unique personality and goals in mind. 

You’ll complete a brief intake form online or by phone.

We’ll verify insurance, answer your questions, and schedule your assessment.

A BCBA meets with your family and observes your child in natural settings.

We gather data, identify target skills and behaviors, and create a behavior intervention plan (BIP).

Your custom plan is reviewed with you before being submitted to your insurance for approval.

Once approved, therapy sessions begin.

Sessions are typically 2–4 hours depending on clinical needs and funding.

Services are provided in-home, in-school, or in the community where skills matter most.

You’ll receive regular parent training sessions and progress updates with your BCBA. 

 Our team tracks goals daily and reviews progress weekly. 

Goals are updated routinely to reflect your child’s growth. 

Session hours are gradually reduced with parent involvement increasing.

We support generalization of skills across new settings and people.

Graduation occurs when goals have been achieved, and your child is ready to transition or maintain progress without intensive services.
